Team Overview
Our Marketing team leads, develops, and executes PowerSchoolâs global marketing initiatives. Responsible for brand, corporate communications, demand-generation, and product marketing, the team works across all major marketing functions to drive alignment of the organizationâs messages across all channels to ensure we meet our sales targets.

PowerSchool is evolving how we go to market, organizing around Impact Centers that align our solutions to the real priorities of districts, schools, and educators. We are looking for a dynamic Director of Product Marketing to lead one of these Impact Centers and shape how PowerSchool delivers and communicates value across an aligned set of solution areas.

This Director of Product Marketing role is both strategic and hands-on. You will own the go-to-market narrative for your Impact Center, centering our story on customer value and the educational outcomes our solutions help make possible. You will lead and mentor a team of product marketers, partner deeply across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing, and move with urgency to turn strategy into action.

PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $153,800 - $192,300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
