  • Require 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or Business Analytics with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience with multi-product/platform organizations and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Pendo, or similar tools.

Position Overview

Teaching Strategies is seeking a Director of Product Operations to be the strategic enabler of the Product Management organization. This role builds the insight systems, processes, and frameworks that empower Product Managers to make faster, clearer, and more customer-informed decisions. This leader creates the infrastructure for customer understanding, product planning, roadmap clarity, and PM effectiveness
 
 Reporting to the VP of Digital Product, this role combines strategic scope with data expertise. The Director of Product Operations designs and runs systems for enabling customer  and product insights, the operating cadence of the product organization, supports cross‑portfolio planning and prioritization, and enables a growing emphasis ease of use and growth across a large and complex product ecosystem.
