Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 5+ years HR experience; expertise in process improvement and workforce planning.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree; experience in higher education or large organizations; PMP certification; proficiency with HR systems and data analytics (e.g., Banner, Workday, PeopleSoft, Tableau).
Salary range from $104,985 to $122,004 depending on education and experience; comprehensive benefits package included.
Full-time, exempt administrative position with core hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, including some evenings and weekends.
