Job Title | (e) Learning DeveloperJob Description As an (e) Learning Designer you will be designing, creating, and managing high-quality, engaging learning content. What is our approach? microlearning delivery that will enable colleagues to be successful with delivering an extraordinary customer experience. As an (e) Learning Designer, you will manage the development process, often working with subject matter experts, product managers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that learning content is created and delivered on time and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to train support members on the content created.
Minimum qualifications:• 2+ years of experience developing adult learning content for software training (preferably SaaS), including on-demand/video and instructor-led formats.
• 2+ years of experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere, and familiar with SCORM standards and video hosting platforms.
• Skilled in breaking down complex topics, creating multimedia content, and working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities | Your day to day:• You will design and develop engaging eLearning modules using tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Vyond.
• You will create and integrate multimedia elements (graphics, video, audio, simulations) and interactive assessments.
• You will write, edit, and organize course content in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• You will upload, test, and maintain learning content in the LMS, ensuring functionality and compatibility.
• You will be delivering colleague training sessions and support team initiatives through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• You will stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance learning experiences.
