This is not a rotational program, and we’re moving quickly! We want our first cohort of candidates to be hired by Feb. 2026 and continue building a pipeline for the next cohort for future opportunities.

What You'll Do
Depending on the role you're matched to, you’ll be able to:
  • Execute high-impact projects while building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate complex logistics and operations, including scheduling, events, recruitment processes, or pipeline development, with precision and creativity.
  • Research, analyze, and optimize using data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Own end-to-end initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating cross-functionally and driving results independently.
  • Master productivity tools like Coda, Superhuman, Grammarly, and other AI native tools that power modern work.
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and new challenges emerge.

About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • You have 0-2 years of professional experience and are eager to learn and grow
  • You have a track record of high achievement and excellence in whatever you take on- be it academics, internships, projects, or extracurricular pursuits
  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You're technologically savvy and comfortable with tools like Notion, Coda, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, etc., or are excited to learn them quickly
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can balance multiple projects at once
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
  • You're curious about people, operations, and how businesses grow
  • You're motivated by impact and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company
  • You have the demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyze and execute work efficiently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
  • You're able to work in our San Francisco office at least 2-3 days per week

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
 
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position, by compensation zone, are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $80,000 – $110,000/year (USD)
