How can you make an impact?
Reporting to the Editorial Ops Lead, the Editorial Assistant will play a central role in ensuring all key editorial processes are proactively planned and executed according to company protocol. This individual will provide all aspects of support primarily to the Medical Test Prep editorial team and other editorial team members as needed.
The Editorial assistant will develop proficiency in all pertinent internal systems and leverage those systems to complete assigned tasks. They will ensure that all authors, contributors and vendors are paid in a timely manner. This position will be responsible for organizing and tracking departmental projects, as well as playing a key role in supporting special projects as needed.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Support the staff and product portfolio for the Medical Test Prep editorial team, including special projects, as needed.
- Manage and maintain database of student contractors for recruitment and payment purposes.
- Provide digital production support as needed.
- Assist with digital traffic royalty calculations.
- Track and manage departmental expense budget.
- Track all items on product roadmaps and report on status.
- Create and maintain tracking sheets for active departmental projects.
- Assist with author and supplier service contracts.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular focus on Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully and proactively managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

The pay range for this position is between $41,225 - $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. Click
