Job Description
 
This position would drive education and training strategies to elevate artistry, product knowledge, service execution, and selling capabilities across field teams.  This is a hybrid position reporting into the support center in Plano Texas and store travel is required.

Essential Functions:
  • Drive education and training strategies to elevate artistry, product knowledge, service execution, and selling capabilities across field teams.

Primary Duties:
  • Develop training programs for product launches, artistry, skincare, fragrance, and tools 
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for store teams and leaders 
  • Oversee digital learning content and certification programs 
  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and compliance standards are met 
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams on launch readiness 
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust based on performance and feedback 
  • Support store leaders with coaching tools and development resources

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•   Minimum: 5+ years in retail training, education, or field leadership

•   Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; cosmetology, esthetics, or artistry certification

Working conditions & physical requirements

This will be a hybrid role required to be onsite at the corporate office on specified days. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, and occasionally requires carrying, moving and setting up of computers, for example desktops, monitors, printers, and other small hardware in the testing lab.
