- Support onboarding of new employees and build continuous learning programs for customer-facing and product teams.
- Partner with Sales and Partner Success Teams to grow revenue and improve solution implementation.
- Create content-specific sales presentations and individualized implementation and coaching plans.
- Serve as a consultant on specialized content and market knowledge; research customer goals and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Support Marketing and Content teams in developing customer-facing materials such as pitch decks and webinar scripts.
- Act as a thought leader representing Teaching Strategies at conferences, blogs, and professional journals.
- Build model implementations serving as success examples for marketing and training purposes.
- Required qualifications include 10+ years of early childhood field experience, a BA in early childhood education or related field (Master's preferred), leadership experience, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 40% nationally and reside on the East Coast required.

Position Overview
The Educational Consultant serves as a content expert and brand ambassador both internally and externally. They are responsible for supporting the full customer lifecycle, from presale through implementation by creating and delivering the content specific aspects of sales presentations, developing implementation and professional development plans, providing training and serving as the trusted advisor/coach throughout pilots and initial implementations. The position is responsible for helping to build relationships with customers that establish and strengthen Teaching Strategies as trusted experts and build Teaching Strategies' credibility and integrity in the market.
