Highlights

Use assessment tools and data to evaluate and improve educational programs.
Required skills include presentation software, adult learning theory, training needs analysis, LMS, and familiarity with ADA Title II.
Preferred qualifications include Master’s degree, proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Forms, Qualtrics, graphic design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), and multimedia/video editing software.
Experience with social media or digital communication for educational outreach preferred.
Knowledge of UME/GME accreditation, competency-based medical education, instructional design, and educational scholarship is a plus.
