The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering precise, high-quality email campaigns that advance ETS’s marketing and business objectives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, mastery of HubSpot and Monday.com, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.
The individual will oversee the full lifecycle of email initiatives—from planning and build to deployment, QA, and reporting—while ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and measurable results. Success in this position demands both a tactical, hands-on approach and the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and vendor relationships with rigor and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end production of email campaigns, including building, testing, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Serve as the organization’s HubSpot expert, leveraging the platform for campaign execution, automation workflows, and segmentation.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables through Monday.com, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and error-free.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (content, design, business units, sales, customer success) to deliver integrated, audience-aligned communications.
- Oversee and manage external vendors/partners, ensuring high-quality support and seamless integration with internal workflows.
- Develop and refine segmentation strategies, personalization tactics, and testing protocols to optimize engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribe trends) and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and accessibility standards, maintaining best-in-class email practices.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes, QA checklists, and documentation to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Expertise in HubSpot (required); familiarity with, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other automation platforms a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Monday.com or similar tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- High level of organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
