This is a Contract position, expected duration is 4-6 months
The HubSpot Email Marketing Specialist will support the execution and optimization of email marketing programs across multiple ETS brands. This role reports directly to the Director of Email Marketing and works closely with the broader Global Marketing Innovation team and business unit teams to implement campaign strategy, manage platform operations and enhance HubSpot Marketing Hub performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HubSpot expert with a deep understanding of email operations, data integrity, integrations, and compliance best practices. While this role is not responsible for managing others, it plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, scalable, and compliant email marketing solutions. You’ll be a key partner to the Director, bringing technical execution expertise to help drive the roadmap forward.
Build, test and deploy emails, forms, landing pages and workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub
* Manage HubSpot segmentation, dynamic lists and contact lifecycle workflows across brands
* Support the technical implementation and maintenance of lead gen forms and integrations (e.g. CRM, webinar tools, event platforms)
* Lead contact clean-up efforts, including deduplication, list segmentation audits and sunset policy execution
* Partner with internal stakeholders to support and setup and ongoing optimization of the HubSpot preference center and subscription types
* Assist with field mapping, sync logic and platform governance to ensure data consistency across HubSpot and connected systems
* Monitor campaign performance (deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes, CTR) and support email health audits
* Document platform configurations, process workflows and operational best practices to support platform scalability
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with compliance requirements
(GDPR, CAN-SPAM, Google & Yahoo email sender requirements)
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* 3+ years of experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (including workflows, forms, lists, segmentation, and email automation).
* 3+ years of experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (including workflows, forms, lists, segmentation, and email automation). Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce
preferred) and data mapping between platforms.
* Knowledge of email privacy and compliance frameworks, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and sender reputation standards.
