Job Summary  | The Office for Student Success is seeking to hire an Employee Training Coordinator to provide support in the development of training related to the standards and procedures for Student Success employees. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Success, this position will be responsible for development of content, organization and delivery of training, working with campus partners in the development of training, tracking of completed trainings by each employee, and regular communication of training requirements to staff. This role is a critical communications partner, allowing staff to more fully understand the requirements of their role and assist in staff development.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
