The Impact You Will Make
The Enablement Specialist - SSC plays a critical role in ensuring the systems, data, and processes that power student life-cycle automations are reliable - healthy systems, clean data and full compliance. This role focuses on CRM setup, data integrity, agent enablement, and process documentation to support enrollment, retention, and contact center strategies across the Student Success Center (SSC).
The Enablement Specialist - SSC with direction from the Senior Manager works with Automation Managers, the Systems Lead/Architect, and BT to ensure SSC automation strategies are delivered for accurate, compliant, and student-centered foundations.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor and audit CRM fields, flows, and data structures to ensure they are aligned to support student life-cycle.
  • Support connected account setup and partner configuration in Salesforce CRM to ensure automation readiness.
  • Assist with updating and storing best practices, workflows and guides for all users.
  • Monitor SSC knowledge base for system processes, CRM setup, and automation readiness.
  • Ensure CRM setup supports execution of life-cycle automations based on direction from Senior Manager and input from Automation Managers.
  • Escalate and track technical issues impacting SSC operations.

  • Solve standard or recurring issues using established protocols and workflows.
  • Collaborates effectively within the team and with other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and audit data hygiene.
How Impact Will be Measured in the First Year
  • Monitor life-cycle reporting with input from Senior Manager and assist with updates.
  • Follow established business rhythms for monitoring and auditing data.
  • Update best practices, workflows, and enablement guides for SSC users.
Experience That Matters Most
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ Years experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or business systems enablement.
  • Strong data management skills, including data quality, reporting, and dashboards; CRM experience.
Experience That's Great to Have
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, SQL and/or other marketing automation platform administration.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed or call-center environment.  Higher Ed experience a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting user enablement, training, or system adoption.
  • Attention to detail, documentation and problem-solving skills.
