To thrive in this role, a successful candidate must be comfortable with the frequent interruptions that can accompany a busy service-oriented office and academic environment. We welcome applicants who would enjoy serving as the primary point of contact for all staff within Student Services, and excels at problem solving, working on special projects, while simultaneously handling the detailed daily work that this position entails.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year college coursework in a related field and one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Position Details:
This position is located on the
Matanuska-Susitna College campus in Palmer, Alaska. This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and
full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the
UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
