Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of business and technology strategy across the organization. This position demands a strong background in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), along with expertise in stakeholder engagement and leading change. 

As a key advisor to executive leadership, you will shape enterprise-wide architecture decisions that drive innovation, reduce complexity, and maximize value. You will work across business and technology domains to ensure that our architecture supports scalable, sustainable, and forward-looking solutions. 

Responsibilities
  • Strategic alignment: Align architecture with business strategy by providing strategic technical direction across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams. Implement Lean Portfolio Management, focusing on dynamic budgeting and value stream optimization. 
  • Organizational design: Design and evolve organizational structures and value streams to align with the desired technical architecture. 
  • Technology readiness: Governance, strategy, and recommendations around AI, cloud services, and other emerging technology; rationalize technology portfolio to reduce spend, complexity, and overhead 
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives. Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and build consensus. Partner with System Architects to elaborate Capabilities and Features, ensuring alignment with business needs. 
  • Lean governance: Ensure accountability and compliance while minimizing bureaucracy through Lean governance practices. Maintain business architecture documentation and model core capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities. 
  • Value stream management: Identify and manage value streams, ensuring that portfolio execution aligns with enterprise strategy through dynamic budgeting and investment funding  
  • Technology rationalization: streamline and consolidate technology portfolio to reduce spend, complexity, and overhead 
  • Continuous improvement: Implement Lean Systems Engineering practices to evolve solution architecture with ARTs and suppliers. Define metrics to monitor performance and support continuous improvement. 

Qualifications 
  • 15+ years of professional experience including architecture design, systems lifecycle management, business strategy, and building and deploying both IT and business initiatives.  
  • 5+ years of experience in business architecture, with a focus on Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe environments. 
  • Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and delivering tangible business results. 
  • Business Architecture Guild (BAG) Certified Business Architect (CBA) based on BIZBOK V 10 or later or other Business Architecture certificates is an added advantage. 
  • SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Architect (ARCH), or similar certifications are highly desirable. 
  • Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

Preferred Attributes: 
  • 3+ years of experience using AI and automation tools to unlock value trapped within legacy business processes and practices. 
  • A track record of fostering innovative ideas and technologies to drive impact. 
  • Ability to cultivate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
