Job Summary  | The Enterprise Director, Operating Room Services is responsible for the operational, fiscal, programmatic, and personnel activities of operating room services across the Chandler and Good Samaritan campuses (Chandler main OR, Good Samaritan OR and Center for Advanced Surgery sites). Reporting to the AVP for Perioperative Services, this role works to ensure integration and alignment of surgical and procedural operations within the area of oversight. Interprets impact of broad scope organization changes and in collaboration with the Enterprise AVP for Perioperative and Procedural Services, develops strategies for successful implementation. Coordinates and leads strategic goals and objectives as defined by UK HealthCare and the Perioperative Management Team. Develops and enforces surgical standards across sites. This role will report directly to the Enterprise AVP for Perioperative and Procedural Services.
