Enterprise Sales Executive (Remote)

Come join our team as the next Inside Sales Rep on Pearson’s Enterprise Learning and Skills team.

Do you have experience selling SaaS within the HR arena? Do you want to work for an inventive, purpose-driven and learning-minded company, tackling very real and globally important issues around the future of work?

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll have responsibility for lead generation and sales execution in your territory, selling across Pearson’s award-winning suite of SaaS platform offerings – products that are already in use by thousands of organizations and featuring millions of users.

This is a transformative year for Pearson, as we build awareness for our enterprise learning and workforce products and deliver on our 2025 priorities. We have already secured several large hyperscaler partnerships and there are amazing opportunities for our sales team to engage with priority accounts.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Building on your familiarity with all types of Human Capital Management software (HCM) offerings – including workplace learning, talent assessments, workforce development and people analytics.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Pearson’s Workforce Skills products; and evangelize Pearson across the market.
  • Execute on the full lifecycle for sales opportunities
  • Prospect for and cultivate leads from discovery to execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM data around opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections
  • Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of and to the benefit of Pearson
  • Exemplify Pearson’s values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market
  • Mentor, coach and support other AE’s and BDR’s in pursuit of the overall success of Pearson

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have:
  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying role, with the demonstrable success of hitting targets by selling complex SaaS solutions into HR, Talent, Learning and Technology executives in Enterprise organizations.
  • A passion and knowledge for Learning, Data Analytics, and AI technologies.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for investigating, developing relationships and most importantly, winning deals with high-value new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

Minimum full-time salary range is between $60,000 - $105,000.
