Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Vice President, Business Transformation & Enterprise Systems.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $126,803 and $200,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 20% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead design and delivery of special projects that remove friction, automate manual work, or enable faster delivery across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and NetSuite.
- Prototype new tools, automations, and workflows using modern Salesforce capabilities (Flows, LWC, Apex, Agentforce, Platform Events).
- Pilot new Salesforce innovations (e.g., Agentforce, Revenue Cloud Advanced) to test real-world use cases before enterprise rollout.
- Partner with delivery teams to operate successful pilots into production-ready solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in development, testing, and deployment; design automation or process improvements to reduce delivery cycle time.
- Build reusable components, templates, and automation patterns that speed up delivery for the broader Enterprise Systems team.
- Support continuous improvement teams by developing and maintaining a library of reusable solution accelerators, frameworks, and technical assets that reduce development effort across the Enterprise Systems organization.
- Partner closely with Business Transformation, Enterprise Systems, and Data Solutions to align innovations with business outcomes and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and translate their needs into actionable solutions that can be implemented quickly and iterated over time.
- Review architecture change proposals submitted by vendors or delivery partners; assess their alignment with Imagine Learning’s enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices, providing guidance or recommended adjustments as needed to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Work with product owners and architects to ensure pilots and accelerators integrate cleanly with the broader ecosystem.
- Build and deploy technical solutions in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ) with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Design and test integrations using Mulesoft or equivalent API-led tools to streamline cross-system workflows.
- Support analytics enablement by ensuring data structures and syncs are efficient and validated.
- Shape the Enterprise Systems innovation roadmap in partnership with IT and business leadership.
- Represent Enterprise Systems innovation at cross-functional steering committees or architecture councils.
- Review each new Salesforce release (triannual and off-cycle) to identify features and platform enhancements that can accelerate delivery, reduce technical debt, or align with our Enterprise Systems roadmap. Communicate relevant updates and recommendations to the development and product teams.
- Proactively evaluate new Salesforce products and capabilities — including emerging clouds, AI features, and platform innovations — to determine potential fit and timing for Imagine Learning based on current architecture, business strategy, and future growth objectives.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in architecture or solution design; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ), with strong understanding of integration patterns and API-led connectivity using Mulesoft or comparable middleware.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP processes (Sales Orders, Invoicing, Fulfillment) and data synchronization across systems.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-ready solutions that accelerate business outcomes.
- Holds 4–8 Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect or equivalent; certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Data Architect, or Sharing & Visibility Architect are preferred.
- Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and iterative solution design.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
