| Job Summary/Basic Function | The ESL Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the English as a Second Language program, digital skills classes, and other offerings through community education. This position supports adult learners by ensuring high-quality and accessible instruction. The Program Manager will supervise instructors, teach 1-2 courses each block, coordinate curriculum development, develop and maintain quality standards, and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program impact. This position will collaborate with the CEC Program Consultant, especially during the crucial program launch and transition phases. This position will supervise the development and implementation of ESL programming at two physical locations, job sites, and an online program. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. |
