Highlights

  • Conduct fiscal operations including budgeting and account monitoring.

  • Build and maintain relationships with MSU faculty, Montana school personnel, and external organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or relevant field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with project/event management, communication, content creation, software (word processing, spreadsheets, email), and budgeting.
  • Preferred experience includes grant writing, Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools, and digital newsletter software like Constant Contact or MailChimp.
  • Compensation is $21.99 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
