What you'll be doing:
  • Provide strategic event management expertise from planning through execution and follow-up.
  • Lead all aspects of events, ensuring budget guidelines are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle deliverables with hotels, restaurants, and other vendors.
  • Support and collaborate with all Events team members on various projects.
Project-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Share standard methodologies and lessons learned.
  • Conduct site research and selection.
  • Manage group travel arrangements.
  • Build and maintain online registration platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners.
  • Travel to event locations for onsite management as needed.

Skills you’ll need:
  • 3-5 years of event planning and contract negotiation experience.
  • BA/BS Degree or 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Outstanding project management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, Office 365, and Excel.
  • Experience with Cvent or similar event technology, and Workfront or similar project management technology.
  • Ability to travel 5-10 times per year.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$52,000.00 - $68,000.00 USD
