Executive Assistant 
The Executive Assistant (EA) to our Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Team role is responsible for enhancing the impact and expanding the execution of the executives and the organization's leadership team. This role will be an integral part of the team and the overall company culture, supporting the highest level of leadership within Marketing and Sales. In short, the EA is an extension of the Marketing and Sales organization and will lead, support, and collaborate on nearly everything. 

The Impact You Will Make
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. 
  • Serving as a point of contact for projects to ensure alignment across key objectives and deliverables for multiple stakeholders
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Review, prioritize, direct, and delegate various complex and confidential requests to the executive for consideration.
  • Summarizes, prioritizes and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review.
  • Respond to or route priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
  • Creates or directs the creation of reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials for the executive.
  • Providing administrative support in a variety of functions to the Marketing and Sales Executives that are focused on increasing efficiency and impact
  • Providing department support as needed to other departments and executives. 
  • Coordinates high-level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Planning, executing, and maintaining our office culture, office events, and office management duties.
  • Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives.
  • Mastery of the “core 4” - inbox management, calendar, travel, and budget management.

  • You thrive on helping others succeed. This role will often blend helping with all aspects of the executive support function in service of executive operations. 
  • You take confidentiality seriously. In this role, you’ll handle extremely sensitive information, and absolute, complete confidentiality and discretion are a MUST.

In-Office Requirement Statement
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. 

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3 days a week, and possibly more depending on executive and team attendance. 

Pay Range
At Kajabi we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
