About the Role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment to keep the VP of Courseware Sales and a broader team focused and aligned. You will join a team that is committed to operational excellence and growth, and you will have the opportunity to influence and streamline internal processes for better efficiency and clarity. This Executive Assistant will gain exposure to cross-functional strategic work and will collaborate across departments.
How you will make an impact:
- Complex Calendar Management: Proactively manage a high-volume, multi–time zone schedule, gatekeeping access, preparing agendas, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities across the Courseware Sales leadership team.
- Team & Sales Org Communications: Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters and team updates; support production of presentations, reports, and sales communications with clean, polished messaging.
- Strategic Task & Special Projects: Assist with strategic initiatives by conducting research, tracking deliverables, capturing action items in meetings, and driving follow through with stakeholders.
- Internal Operations & Process Support: Facilitate procurement, travel arrangements, HR onboarding workflows, expense reporting, and intake form coordination. Be the source of general operational knowledge to support the entire team with questions.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact with HR, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and other internal teams to resolve issues and optimize internal processes.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative partner supporting high-level leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to tone and clarity.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, Slack, and Concur—or equivalent tools.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when managing confidential information.
- Strong organizational ability, detail orientation, and capability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or EdTech experience is a plus—but not required.
