Rutgers University is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Chancellor. The role requires providing executive-level support to the Chancellor at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, managing administrative and operational activities, coordinating the Chancellor's schedule, and assisting with internal and external communications and special projects related to teaching, research, and clinical missions.

Provide executive-level support and manage administrative functions for the Chancellor's Office in Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS).
Coordinate and maintain the Chancellor’s daily and long-range calendar to maximize efficiency and availability.
Serve as the key contact for all correspondence, emails, phone calls, and activities directed to the Chancellor.
Review, organize, and redirect incoming communications as appropriate within RBHS and Rutgers University.
Support coordination of RBHS meetings, Chancellor-led events, and community activities.
Provide confidential administrative assistance to standing, search, and ad hoc committees, including managing agendas and minutes.
Manage special projects and oversee Chancellor’s Office programs and events.
Require a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or relevant field plus at least five years of progressively responsible management experience, with two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/reporting tools; excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Salary range between $116,601 and $178,400, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid leave.
