Job Summary | The Executive Director, Enterprise Services serves as a senior UK leadership role responsible for enterprise governance, performance management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement for the Enterprise Services Partnership across the UK enterprise. Acting on behalf of UK, this position ensures that partner-delivered services align with contractual commitments, institutional priorities, service standards, and UK commitments to employees and stakeholders. The role does not directly manage day-to-day partner operations; rather, it provides UK-side oversight, KPI governance, implementation discipline, issue escalation, and executive reporting.
