Required education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or applied science; master’s preferred; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibility in program development, project management, budgeting, and grants administration, including 3 years in higher education or scientific research.
Must possess strong oral and written communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
Position involves occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel; requires valid driver’s license and is subject to export control regulations.
