| INTERNAL UH CANDIDATES ONLY Description: Provides leadership and support of a very large and complex college's Graduate Student Success Initiative operating on multiple campuses. Directs graduate enrollment management. Works with leadership in strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development and instruction.

1. Directs, implements and evaluates graduate academic advising activities and initiatives of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
2. Works with leadership in strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development, instruction, catalog updates, transfer processing, and student success plans of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
3. Serves as primary resource for faculty and staff advisors regarding curriculum development, policies, procedure, and implementation of student success measures.
4. Creates, maintains and delivers data related to student cohorts and provides student enrollment trends and program needs of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
5. Acts as liaison with the Graduate School, UH Office of Admissions and Office of Admissions for component campuses.
6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related Master's degree from a college or university.
