Highlights

  • Manage daily receipt processing including donations and other income.
  • Review, format, and upload pcard receipts into MyPackPortal.
  • Process journal voucher entries and create chartfield requests in MyPackPortal.
  • Deliver deposits approximately 2-3 hours per week to a designated location.
  • Use financial systems proficiency, particularly MyPackPortal and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Advance/Lobo donor database CRM preferred.
  • Requires a valid NC driver's license (no commercial license required).
  • Work schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, 30-40 hours weekly with hybrid office/home days.
  • Compensation between $24 and $27 hourly depending on experience.
