Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, eight years of progressive experience in technology, and five years in higher education IT leadership roles.

Preferred skills include mastery in SQL, web publishing tools, and Oracle; strong leadership, communication, and ability to work within union environments.
