Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of progressive experience in institutional advancement.
Proven success in securing six- and seven-figure gifts, preferably in higher education.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ethical handling of sensitive information are essential.
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License required within 60 days of employment.
