| Pay Range Information | Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. The anticipated pay range is not a promise of a particular wage. |
| Job Description Summary | The Financial Aid Advisor plays a key role in supporting student access and success by providing guidance on financial aid programs and processes while ensuring a high level of customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student financial aid records, supporting the timely review and awarding of aid in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and contributing to the efficient daily operations of the office. Working collaboratively with team members, the advisor helps facilitate smooth processing workflows, addresses student needs, and promotes clear communication, while upholding strict confidentiality standards and participating in outreach and continuous improvement efforts. |
