UNC Chapel Hill is hiring a Financial Analyst to provide financial, operational, and analytical support within the College of Arts and Sciences. The role involves partnering with academic departments to manage budgets, analyze financial data, monitor activity across fund types, and support strategic financial planning and decision-making in collaboration with a Divisional Finance Director.

- Required software skills include Microsoft Excel and financial reporting or data analysis tools.
- Preferred familiarity with ConnectCarolina, InfoPorte, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar systems.
- Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 3-4 years experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related business functions.
- Experience in higher education or similarly complex, regulated financial environments is preferred.
- Works closely with Divisional Finance Directors and supports multiple academic divisions within the College of Arts and Sciences.
- Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications, with a full-time permanent appointment at 40 hours per week.
