We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. In this role, you’ll help coordinate company-wide planning and forecasting, with a core focus on our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ownership of our Cash EBITDA and Free Cash Flow (FCF) models. You’ll work closely with colleagues across FP&A and the broader Finance organization to deliver clear insights, align data from multiple sources, and help leadership translate business performance into profitability and cash.

 

What You’ll Do:

 
  • Build and maintain the Cash EBITDA and FCF models, delivering monthly actuals, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash bridges with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and transparency.

  • Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles, consolidating financial plans, pressure-testing assumptions, and preparing company-level financial outputs.

  • Connect the P&L, Cash EBITDA, FCF, and cash flow forecasts so leadership can clearly see how operating performance translates into cash generation.

  • Partner with FP&A teams and cross-functional business partners to analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, working capital, and other key drivers of company performance.

  • Reconcile results with Accounting and other Finance teams to ensure management reporting aligns with underlying financial data.

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reporting (actuals vs. forecast/plan) with actionable insights on key movements and drivers.

  • Prepare financial analysis, presentations, and supporting materials for senior Finance and company leadership.

  • Simplify and automate FP&A models and processes to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery of financial insights.

 

What You Need to Have:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience (preferably at a SaaS or technology company)

  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining detailed models in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong grasp of the income statement and cash flow statement, with understanding of how operating performance and working capital impact cash

  • Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data, identify key drivers, and communicate results in a clear business narrative

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial results and variances to both Finance and non-Finance audiences

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating across Finance and the broader organization
