Job Description

Location: All Locations in the United States 
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote or Hybrid
 
A Day in the Life 
The Firm Technology Learning Specialist is responsible for the development and delivery of technology related learning programs and resources within the Firm. This individual will focus on ensuring new hires are introduced to and gain proficiency in the technology they need to perform their responsibilities, ensuring that learning initiatives align with industry standards and Firm goals.
 
A typical day as a Firm Technology Learning Specialist might include the following: 
  • Designs and delivers technology focused learning throughout the Firm using a variety of learning formats and tools (e.g., instructor lead, on-line, webcast, self-study, blended learning).
  • Identifies opportunities to design the complete learning experience, including connecting learning to the role of the learner, preparing for learning (pre-work), practical application of learning and performance support.
  • Build relationships proactively with L&D Team as well as stakeholders throughout the Firm
  • Apply principles of adult learning to design, develop and deliver learning tools and materials that support participant growth.
  • Manage learning content development through effective collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Facilitates other learning related projects as requested.
  • Engage effectively with SMEs, L&D and a variety of stakeholders to support participant experience and engagement in learning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintain compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Who You Are 
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Business Education, Information Systems or a related field required.
  • You have 2+ years of experience with various aspects of communication, adult learning, facilitation of processes, coordination of events and course development preferred.
  • You have knowledge and experience in technology/software related applications required.
  • You have exceptional technology proficiency in commonly used professional services software (Microsoft Dynamics or other CRMs, STAR, Suralink, CCH, Concur) and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You have exceptional project management skills including problem solving, the ability to influence others and the desire to work on a team.
  • You have technical writing skills for developing course content according to Firm standards.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including soft skills and presentation skills.
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
 
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation 
$65,000-$90,000
 
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
