The Galen Health Fellows Living and Learning Community (LLC) Program Lead collaborates with the Faculty Director and Residence Life Director in organizing educational programs, developing co-curricular initiatives, and promoting community development for the Galen Health Fellows LLC in Patterson Hall.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:1. In conjunction with the Faculty Director, develop a programming calendar with events that support the LLC goals that comply with Faculty Director programming expectations2. Attend programs, track attendance of programs and assess overall effectiveness.3. Administrative operations such as managing reservable spaces, submitting facility maintenance requests, and monitoring spending within budget guidelines4. Support Galen Health by serving as primary department individual in charge of data collection, cleaning, analysis and visualization; Co-instruct University 290 during each spring semester; Assist faculty director in reviewing applications for Galen mini-Magellan research grant; Contribute to regular strategic planning and implementation efforts that align with LLC goals and Galen Pillars; Assist faculty director in identifying and contacting local clinicians, advocates, or other professionals to speak in Galen’s ‘Supper Speaker’ series
