Who You Are
We are hiring a Director-level General Manager to drive company-level outcomes through ownership of high-priority business initiatives. This role requires a seasoned generalist with the ability to operate independently, lead through ambiguity, and partner with the executive team to deliver results. This leader will identify and maximize revenue growth opportunities, streamline cross-functional operations, and execute at fast-pace to unlock value across the business and for our customers.
What You'll Do

- Drive business growth by identifying and executing new revenue opportunities
- Navigate and bring structure to ambiguous, complex business problems
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment and accountability
- Optimize systems and workflows to increase operational efficiency and scalability
What You've Done
- Successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer impact)
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity, independently driving from strategy to execution
- Built strong relationships with executive and functional stakeholders, earning trust through sound judgment and delivery
- Demonstrated business ownership and analytical rigor across different problem areas (e.g., GTM, operations, customer experience, or product strategy)
- Led teams or influenced without authority to move fast, unblock progress, and deliver results under time constraints
- Scaled systems, workflows, or programs that improved effectiveness across functions or business lines
