General Operations Lead Support
Location: India
Level: Expert Track - E30

Role Purpose
The General Operations Senior Manager supports the General Operations Lead on enterprise-wide operations and provides program management expertise for Enterprise. The Lead Specialist will also support on reporting obligations spanning all ELS, notably OKR, Risk and Audit activities. This role ensures governance and operational rigor while delivering agile PMO support for strategic and transformation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 
Governance & Rhythm of Business (ROB)
  • Design and maintain governance frameworks for Enterprise and ELS, including ROB and decision-making matrices.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure leaders have access to financial data for informed decisions.
Execution Planning
  • Assist in developing execution plans for Enterprise Hub transformation programs and track milestones.
  • Provide PMO support for transformation projects, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities across functions.
  • Deliver agile PM support for strategic initiatives across enterprise functions.
Data & Reporting (Risk & Audit)
  • Due diligence on all tracking and reporting activities within Enterprise and ELS and rationalising information flow and cadence and reporting tool usage.
  • Track and report on OKRs and KPIs for Enterprise Hub and ELS.
  • Support risk reporting and implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Due diligence on all tracking and reporting activities within Enterprise and ELS. Help simplify and standardize reporting obligations across Enterprise, ELS, and PLC.
People & Culture
  • Support PMO India Office operations, including resource allocation models.
  • Partner with HR and Communications on leadership engagement initiatives and change management activities.
Finance & Operations (India)
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for Enterprise Hub and ELS operations.
  • Support coordination of India PEM events and execution of India strategy. 

Qualifications & Experience 
Experience:
  • 12+ years in operations, program management, or PMO roles.
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks and transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise operations and agile methodologies.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to work with data for decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
