Global Controller Full Description

As the Global Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s global strategy, overseeing financial operations across multiple regions and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will make high-level decisions that drive organizational success, develop and implement global reporting strategies, and lead a diverse team of professionals. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization, driving growth and operational excellence across all business units.

Support the financial planning processes across all regions by providing the necessary financial data to prepare a fulsome annual plan.
Drive the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and supporting details to the leadership team, executive leadership and the board of directors.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local regulations, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, regulatory bodies, and external partners, representing the company at the highest levels.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide mentorship and development opportunities for finance leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance across the global finance team.

U.S. Pay Range
