Overview:
The Global Learning & SIP Governance Leader defines and drives the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy across OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Lines. This role ensures strong governance, strategic alignment, and measurable impact of learning investments, translating business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions that enable commercial performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the global learning, development, and SIP governance strategy aligned with OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Line priorities.
• Own global SIP governance standards, including implementation frameworks, assessments, audit readiness, and data integrity.
• Continuously uplift and modernize learning programs, ensuring the use of effective, scalable, and contemporary learning methods (e.g., blended, digital, experiential, and performance‑based learning).
• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding and capability programs to increase relevance, engagement, and business impact.
• Ensure consistent application of learning standards and metadata governance across systems.
• Lead capability-building initiatives across OTC, Commercial, and ComOps (e.g., LNA, onboarding, leadership and talent programs).
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team.
• Define and track learning effectiveness metrics to measure adoption, capability uplift, and business impact.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Leading global or enterprise learning strategies in complex, matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of OTC, Commercial, and ComOps processes and systems.
• Senior stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
• People leadership experience with global teams.
