Shift | Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Job Summary The Government Relations Administrative Coordinator provides fiscal leadership for the Office of Government Relations and Public Policy, overseeing budget, financial management, and HR functions. This position plays an essential role in leading, planning, and executing strategic unit projects and events. This position is responsible for fostering partnerships and working directly with state officials and key stakeholders, providing guidance and problem resolution. Additionally, the position provides strategic guidance to the subsidiary units of Government Relations related to aligning their resources with the desired direction of the unit and the University’s Strategic Plan.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | SAP/HR/FI, Excel, MS Windows, basic accounting, confidentiality, customer service, organizational and time management.
