 Position Description 
Advertised Job Summary  | Under the limited supervision of the Executive Director of EPPS, the Coordinator will provide administrative support to the faculty and staff working on graduate programs, special programs, Centers, and initiatives. The Coordinator is responsible for handling HR duties, travel, expense reports, and payment requests and for tracking spending against program budgets for the faculty program directors. The Coordinator must be detailed oriented and organized and be able to work independently with little supervision and balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

There will be 3 required assessments administered by Employ Test which will be: Advanced Microsoft Word,  Intermediate grammar, and  Intermediate Excel assessments required.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials  |
Preferred Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.  Prior work experience within the USC system including HR processes is preferred. Successful completion of advanced Microsoft Word, intermediate grammar, and intermediate Excel assessments required.  These three assessments will be administered by Employ Test.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work independently and problem-solve.  Ability to work professionally with a diverse constituency of faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Excellent attention to detail.  Proficiency in PeopleSoft or the ability to quickly learn the application.
