As a Graphic Designer, you'll help shape the way educators and families experience our brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that support marketing campaigns, product launches, training materials, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing compelling visuals for emails, web pages, product images, packaging, presentations, social media, and print marketing materials.
- Bringing creative concepts to life through brainstorming, collaboration, and excellent execution.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, while supporting new creative ideas.
- Participating in the entire design process-from concept and layout to final file delivery.
- Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sourcing teams to create impactful, cost-effective designs.
- Mentoring and collaborating with other designers to raise the creative bar.
- Staying current on design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on design experience in a professional setting.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills-think typography, layout, and color theory.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
