Job Summary  | As part of the development communications team, the graphic designer will assist in the design and production of high quality, creative artwork for print and digital media in support of the strategic goals of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, with a primary focus on alumni-related projects.

Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s degree in commercial art, design, advertising or related field. A minimum of three years as a graphic designer or production assistant in a design firm, advertising agency, printing plant or similar organization or equivalent experience and education. Experience designing graphics for ads, brochures, publications, billboards and invitations.

Preferred Education and Experience  | Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or production assistant in a design firm, advertising agency, marketing firm or similar organization. Experience designing graphics for publications, brochures, invitations, promotional materials and social media. Excellent proofreading skills. Experience with short-form video editing and motion graphics is preferred but not required. Excellent knowledge and skill in computer graphics and desktop publishing software. Experience in use of Mac computers. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Remote Work Notice:
