Opportunity:
The Group Admissions Director leads the execution of student enrollment strategies for the designated admissions group comprised of multiple locations, while virtually managing colleagues that work in both a remote and onsite environment.
As a member of the Admissions senior leadership team reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment, this role is responsible for translating enterprise enrollment strategy into actionable, group-level plans and executing them to drive new student growth. The position optimizes the use of team talent and organizational resources to meet defined performance and student service expectations, while also exercising judgment in adapting tactics and influencing strategy where appropriate. In addition, the role holds clear ownership of key enrollment outcomes, that directly relate to student success and new student growth. This role serves as a key partner to the Group President and cross-functional leaders to align enrollment execution with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities:
⢠Executes new student enrollment strategies ensuring alignment to the overall DeVry University Strategic Plan.
⢠Manages inquiry routing strategies throughout the group to ensure colleagues are providing timely and high-quality student service to all inquiries.
⢠Leads the Group Admissions team comprised of 7 direct reports (people leader level) and manages the attraction, retention, performance, and development of all Admissions colleagues (approximately 70 indirect reports) within the Group.
⢠Provides comprehensive new student life cycle oversight, beginning with prospective students' initial inquiry and matriculating through the entire registration process.
⢠Continuously evaluates and improves existing enrollment management best practices and applicable technologies.
⢠Analyzes, forecasts and reports admissions group-enrollment status results and learning outcomes to VP, Enrollment and additional senior leadership as required.
⢠The Group Director owns funnel team performance and financial and new student success metrics.
⢠Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Student Central, Financial Aid, and Academic leadership to drive a seamless and effective enrollment experience.

Qualifications:
⢠Bachelors required, master's degree preferred.
⢠Multi-site or remote management required; experience in a regulated environment preferred.
⢠Minimum 7+ yearsâ experience in post-secondary education administration, with a minimum of 5 yearsâ enrollment management and experience leading leaders and managing multi-layered teams.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
