As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will define and execute the growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, a Riverside Insights company, driving engagement and expansion across healthcare, education, and sports markets. ImPACT Applications is the gold standard in concussion testing and management, trusted by healthcare providers, schools, and sports organizations for over 20 years. This role offers real ownership, mentorship from senior leadership, and the opportunity to build a growth engine from the ground up.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the overall growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, aligning initiatives with business goals and revenue targets
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage content, partnerships, and automation to drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeys
  • Partner with sales and product teams to create messaging and assets that support acquisition and retention
  • Use analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce) to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and fuel business expansion

You’ll work closely with the GM/CEO of ImPACT Applications and Riverside leadership, gaining exposure to product, sales, and operations while driving measurable impact.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows
  • Proven ability to launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing dashboards
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Background in SEO strategy and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to thrive in small teams and fast-paced environments

Compensation
 A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States, and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data or range parameters.
