The Growth Marketing Department is responsible for driving growth and optimizing digital marketing performance through data-driven strategies. The team focuses on branding, demand generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across multiple digital channels. Key functions within the department include:

Job Summary
The Manager, Growth Marketing supports the execution of paid media and lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital marketing initiatives for Enterprise Partners to maximize ROI.
This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong digital marketing acumen, and hands-on expertise with performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Description
- Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Support execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing effort.
- Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Support performance management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display (prospecting, retargeting, remarketing), social media, paid aggregators, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and optimize performance across the entire marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, front-end and back-end conversion metrics.
- Support creative and messaging efforts for paid media campaigns
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Team & Partnership Leadership
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives
- Budget & Forecasting
- Track budget allocations and provide insights for optimization
Additional Position Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree - Marketing, Business, related field
- Master’s degree - MBA, Master’s in related field
- 3+ years’ experience managing and implementing digital and multi-channel marketing plans
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification
- Paid Media Strategy
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

- A/B Testing & Performance Optimization
