Growth Marketing Manager Full Description

Discovery Education is seeking a strategic, fast-paced, analytical Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth initiatives that generate highly qualified demand, drive pipeline creation, accelerate sales cycles, and foster growth across new, expansion, and renewal revenue streams. This role will focus on developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies for our K12 team to increase demand, improve conversion rates, create pipeline, and drive revenue growth. As a strong collaborator and creative thinker, you will partner closely with the marketing, sales, ops, and sales enablement teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, execute growth initiatives, continuously test and optimize, and support the execution of programmatic lifecycle marketing with a focus on driving measurable results.
 
 In This Role You Will:

 • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure marketing campaigns and demand generation activities are aligned with sales targets, priorities, and KPIs. Implement feedback loops to continuously improve alignment
 • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform growth strategies, forecast outcomes, and optimize campaign performance across all channels
 • Full Customer Lifecycle Programs: Working closely with marketing and sales stakeholders, execute marketing strategies that support the entire customer lifecycle—attracting new leads, nurturing existing prospects, accelerating pipeline opportunities, and driving renewals
 • Scalable & Repeatable Campaigns: Develop and implement scalable marketing programs that can be repeated and adapted across various customer segments and sales regions
 • Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with marketing operations and analytics to build robust forecasting models and reporting mechanisms to set KPIs, track marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue growth, monitor OKR progress, and measuring ROI using both funnel and attribution analytics. Provide actionable insights on marketing’s impact
 • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing both lead volume and lead quality
 • Optimization Strategy: Oversee optimization across growth channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and other tactics to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. Develop and facilitate structured, consistent A/B testing plans
 • Pipeline Acceleration: Develop strategies and campaigns designed to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel and shorten sales cycles. Work with sales to create joint plans that drive urgency and conversions

 • Strong expertise in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, paid media, SEO, email, and content marketing
 
 Credentials and Experience:

 • 5+ years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, preferably in B2B, EdTech, or SaaS industries
 • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign tracking and reporting
 • Legal right to work in the United States
 
 This role will sit in our Charlotte HQs with a hybrid work schedule.
