About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager will own and accelerate the full marketing funnel for Mindvalley’s Innovation Team. You will support the Chief Growth Officer and work directly with the Founder to launch, scale, and optimize marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Unlike a traditional events-focused role, this position is now pure growth marketing — with an emphasis on creative experimentation, AI-driven performance, and rapid go-to-market execution. You’ll design and run campaigns for new product concepts, innovation pilots, and emerging ideas the founder wants to bring to market.

This role requires a strong, agile marketer who thrives in ambiguity, builds fast experiments, and uses data + AI + creativity to uncover what resonates. You will turn early-stage ideas into validated growth engines.

You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, data, product, and content teams — ensuring that every initiative is positioned, launched, and iterated with speed and precision.

Responsibilities:
Growth & Funnel Ownership

  • Build, execute, and optimize data-driven acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns for Innovation projects.

  • Support and oversee full funnel: messaging, landing pages, marketing automation, segmentation, and performance optimization.

  • Design rapid experiments to validate messaging, audiences, channels, and offer structures.

AI-Driven Marketing

  • Use AI tools for content generation, personalization, segmentation, and creative optimization.

  • Implement AI-powered workflows to increase speed, reduce manual work, and scale campaigns efficiently.

Founder-Led Launches

  • Work directly with CEO to turn innovation ideas into go-to-market launches — from concept → positioning → marketing rollout.

  • IIterate quickly based on founder feedback, market response, and test results.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Develop high-performing creative briefs, landing pages, video scripts, and marketing assets.

  • Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, channels, and funnel steps to improve conversion and ROI.

  • Analyze performance data, extract insights, and make data-backed decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Product, Data, and Content teams to support launches.

  • Align growth campaigns with broader Mindvalley marketing strategies and brand direction.

Reporting & Insights

  • Identify opportunities for scaling, improving CAC/LTV, and increasing funnel efficiency.

  • A proactive, creative, and data-driven problem-solver who constantly explores AI and innovation to elevate marketing impact.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (creative generation, personalization, marketing automation).

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing (funnel ownership, acquisition, lifecycle, CRO).

  • Experience marketing to US/global audiences.

  • Proven experience running high-velocity experiments and data-driven marketing programs.

  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple launches at high speed, with clear ownership and outcome focus.
