GTM Enablement Specialist 

Location: Hybrid to Wayne, PA or Naperville, IL — remote candidates considered

How you’ll contribute to our mission

As a GTM Enablement Specialist at Frontline Education, you’ll help our go-to-market teams feel confident, prepared, and connected to the educators and school leaders we serve. You’ll support enablement programs across marketing, sales, services, and client experience—helping new hires ramp quickly, experienced team members continue to grow, and everyone stay aligned on our products, value, and story.
 
You’ll coordinate programs, manage content, and support the tools that keep our GTM enablement engine running smoothly, so customer-facing teams can focus on building strong, informed relationships with districts and schools.

How you’ll drive success
  • Support and help deliver new-hire onboarding programs that enable GTM team members to ramp quickly and confidently, aligned with Frontline’s values, culture, and goals.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, communications, and follow-up.
  • Assist with the delivery and facilitation of enablement programs for GTM teams, ensuring sessions are engaging, relevant, and easy to apply in the field.
  • Gather updates from Product and GTM leaders and translate them into clear, usable enablement assets (such as playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, and onboarding guides).
  • Maintain and organize LMS/CMS content libraries so GTM teams can quickly find accurate, up-to-date resources.
  • Support the administration of enablement tools, including digital sales rooms, LMS, CMS, Gong, and coaching platforms, partnering with team members to promote consistent usage.
  • Track course completions, attendance, engagement, and other key metrics across enablement platforms to understand how programs are landing.
  • Help design and administer surveys, feedback cycles, and readiness assessments to understand where teams feel confident and where additional support is needed.
  • Pull and organize reports on training participation, content usage, and certification progress, bringing forward insights that inform program improvements and next steps.

What you bring to help us grow
  • 1–3 years of experience in enablement, training, sales, marketing, operations, client experience, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage details, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with comfort presenting information to groups.
  • A data-informed mindset, with experience analyzing metrics and training KPIs to understand impact and identify opportunities.
  • Comfort working with LMS/CMS systems and basic analytics tools to update content, run reports, and interpret engagement.

Bonus experience (helpful, not required)
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Exposure to sales methodologies, coaching programs, or training certifications.
  • Background or interest in instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Experience in or connection to K–12 education.
