Scale Beast Academy from thousands to millions of users as our Head of Beast Academy
We're seeking a product visionary and business strategist to transform our innovative math education platform while maintaining world-class pedagogical standards. This role combines meaningful educational impact with significant business responsibility—perfect for someone passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences at scale.

The Head of Beast Academy will be:
  • Reimagining the experience of Beast Academy Online to create "product magic" that strongly differentiates the experience beyond our world-class pedagogy
  • Setting comprehensive business strategy and direction for Beast Academy including pricing models, subscription packages, free trial optimization, textbook bundling, B2B/B2C approaches, and owning P&L responsibility for the business
  • Driving decision making through deep analysis of user behavior, business metrics, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to optimize Beast Academy's growth and positioning
  • Managing a team of product managers working on different components of the Beast Academy experience
  • Fostering a "demo culture" where design ideas are quickly prototyped and tested with real students and teachers
  • Creating a culture of storytelling, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and attention to the details of a quality user experience
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, curriculum development, course delivery, customer service and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality execution
